Buy and Lease Back Financing Program
Overview of the Program
This program is currently available to companies in USA only. We are open to exploring companies in other parts of the world, to expand the program to other countries. We can arrange to buy equipment assets of a company and lease them back to the company. The program is available for companies who have and own already installed, commissioned, operating and revenue producing equipment. Building, land and other assets are not financed. Only equipment is financed. New or planned equipment installation is not financed.
The financing is done based on Fair Market Value (FMV). Corporate financial and performance metrics will also be factors to determine the eligibility of the company and details of financing terms for this program. To be considered, send us an email expressing your interest and a copy of your NDA.
We will do the NDA and then send you a preliminary eligibility questionnaire.
